Our association represents the interests of companies and organisations making a contribution to cost efficiency and innovation in healthcare systems.

To keep healthcare systems in balance in Europe, it is imperative to join all innovative forces together. Only with a long-term alliance it will be possible to meet the challenges of the ageing of the population, quality of care and financial sustainability.

COSTEFF is the new pan-European advocacy group, which provides input on the topics of cost-effectiveness and potential for innovation in Europe.

To achieve our mission, we focus on three main areas: affordable patented medicines, biosimilars & generics, as well as ambient assisted living technologies facilitating independent living and homecare for elderly patients and chronically-ill persons.

Regular best practice workshops for members and direct contact with EU decision-makers will ensure that cost efficiency and innovation aspects are placed at the very heart of EU policy-making.
